2. Ordering

  • Add products to your basket, sign in, and review your order.

  • Accept these Terms and pay securely (we never store full card details).

  • You’ll receive an order acknowledgement email, followed by a confirmation once stock and delivery checks are complete.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices include UK VAT.

  • Prices may change but not after your order has been confirmed.

  • Full payment is required at checkout.

  • Failed or reversed payments may pause or cancel your order.

  • Unjustified chargebacks may incur recovery fees.

5. Delivery

  • Shipped in cold-chain packaging with insulated liners and cool packs (where required).

  • Standard dispatch: 3–5 business days.

  • Pre-orders: up to 30 days to ensure quality.

  • Tracking details will be emailed when dispatched.

  • We will notify you of any unexpected delays.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Not accepted – our products are perishable and exempt from cooling-off.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong item

Email photos within 24 hours for refund or replacement (Consumer Rights Act 2015).

  • Payment isn’t received.

  • Events beyond our control occur (e.g., raw material shortages).

8. Warranties

We warrant that:

  • We are legally entitled to sell the products.

  • Products match their description and are of satisfactory quality at dispatch.

All other warranties (express or implied) are excluded to the fullest extent allowed by law.

9. Liability

  • We do not exclude liability for death, injury, or fraud.

  • We accept no liability for business-related losses.

  • Our liability is capped at the value of your order.

  • No liability is accepted for events beyond our control.

10. Changes to Terms

11. Legal Details

  • We may assign our rights; you may not without our written consent.

  • No waiver if we don’t enforce a right immediately.

  • If any clause is invalid, the remainder remain in force.

  • No third-party rights are created by these Terms.

  • These Terms form the entire agreement.

  • Governed by English law, with exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

  • We don’t store individual copies of Terms — please save your own.
